SCAM Some people rented a house they saw on craigslist. 2 bed/2bath close to beach in Los Conchos. They had a confirmation from owner and a real estate company name. When they got to the real estate office, they were told that they had no reservation or payment for them. They showed them a picture of the house and were told that the house was advertised as being for sale but had been sold. When people rent my place, I have them pay the real estate company not me. That way if there is any problem someone in RP has their money not me. You got to be careful when you rent from an unknown owner. I give them all the info and the number for Seaside.
