What is the new number you call to get your Telcel balance? It used to be *333 but it has changed and I can't understand the message I am getting.

You can have your phone changed to english menu. Just take it to Telcel. Then you can understand the messages.

My messages are in English but the speakers accent makes this specific message unintelligible.

Don't "text"....just call but you don't hear the balance..you see it on your screen.
