Russ: It would be cool to incorporate all of the motorcycle activity in Penasco into one big bike week kind of based on the one in Daytona Beach. I now there are not enough bike venues but you already have off road races and street bike rally's. It would be easy to build an MX track and have three different events in the same week.

Motocross track in Rocky Point is a liability waiting to happen. Your insurance doesn't work in Mexico. All injuries would have to be treated in America. It would be a nightmare. I rode motocross for a long time. Don't think I would ride a track in Rocky Point.
