Anyone know how high tide needs to be for the water to hit the bottom steps at JJ's?
I would like to see that, never had a drink there and not been able to walk off the steps out to parked cars and quads etc.

At 3:00 am you'd be falling off the steps..

Damn, Highest afternoon tide will be in at just around 11ft. Still be cool to see it up there.
Ok thanks all.

This was last year in June. First time I'd ever seen it that high, good times.

I kind of miss all the submerged and floating cars parked at night behind JJ's, back in the day.
The look on the peoples faces who finally stopped partying to notice there was 3-4 feet of water at JJ's back wall with
their cars parked in it was sad, but priceless. ;)
