Looking for a place to stay in Cholla Bay

I am planning on January Jam and was thinking it would be nice to stay close to the action.
I have never looked for a place to stay in CB and not sure where to start.
Condo rental? Are there any little hotels or Bed n' Breakfast to stay at?
Not looking to spend a lot since we just need a bed and shower.
Any suggestions?

ya.. I had already done a little looking and found the same one Joe sent. I posted here hoping someone local had some better info
