billboards are real bargains now

Friends renting ten from the border south.....price was one up to 2000 a month but now is only 150 dollars a month .....good time to rent one! Or tag one for free

I am familiar with 7 luna but who owns the billboards out on the hwy ??? The ones that 7 kuna does not own. They have numbers on them but no telephone numbers.
