Anyone know of a good welder in town?

I need to have 16 pipes welded to base plates. I should do it my self but just don't feel like doing it.

Rick, I had Placido make me a grill similar to this, at about 25 percent of what they are in the states..

I will stop by next week and see him. Its simple welding and I have my welder down there but I just hate welding anymore. I hope he is able to do some field tig welding.
