Any activity at the Pithaya?

The Pithaya used to be pretty wild place. Then they remodeled, the name changed to Samy's, and it seems to have died.

How is the activity at the "renamed" Pithaya now a days????

Good during spring break, etc. but not to much other than that.

if it's the same bar next to the ramp at Playa de Oro rv park, it's dead most of the time. makes no sense to me, because as a dive bar, it way better than Manny's. I like the porch upstairs to sit back and have a cheap pina colada once in a while. one of the crappiest pool tables I have ever seen - sand all over torn felt - we played anyhow....

joester....yeah....the same place. The owners remodeled the place upstairs....even have a raised stage area with "stripper poles".....and converted the downstairs bar area to rooms. It used to be a wild place years ago....seems to be dead now.
