We hit the border at 10:53 and the line was just back behind that little building in the middle of the road, and crossed the border at 11:24. Not bad. But only two lanes were open..this is inexcusable! They were looking for food..asked what kind of meats we had. Then he walked the perimeter of the car with the mirror...of course, taking his dear, sweet time. I just don't understand how there can be a back up and only 2 lanes open...grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

We packed up the rig early and got to the border at around 8:30am. Only had 3 cars in front of us. No questions about ANYTHING, just took our passports and checked the trailer with the mirror and we were on our merry way! The only irritation was the two local kids asking for "money, money, money", literally hanging onto the rearview mirror and trying to open the doors. My evil eye musta spooked em off though.. LOL

We got to the border at 6:30 am. They only had one lane open and we had about four cars in front of us. He only asked for our passports and didn't look in the cooler. The ham made it home again.
