Currently we have Zumba on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at 9:00AM.
We have a Fun General Exercise Class on Tuesday / Thursdays at 9:00 AM
We have a wonderful Zumba instructor. All levels of fitness are more than welcome, you do not have to already know how to do Zumba or any specific exercises. Just join us and have fun learning and getting in great shape.
I teach the Tues/Thurs and am an American certified coach and personal trainer. I will customize each exercise that we do in the class to the proper level of ease or difficulty for each person in attendance.
We meet at The Playa Bonita RV Park Community Center. Just Drive through the guard gate as if you are going to the hotel Playa Bonita, then when you come to the round about, take the dirt road back towards the RV Park. There is a big archway and the sign says Playa Bonita RV. Go past the office about 50 yards and the building on your right is the community center.
Classes are only $4 for a drop in or $3 per class when you purchase 12.
