Are any forum members familiar with the Hacienda de Cortes Housing Development? If so, what are your impressions of this property option in Rocky Point?

Very inexpensive but remember it is a shell. I have visited neighborhoods like this around Sonora. They are very common in Hermosillo. The floor plans are virtually the same. The lots are very small and the houses are close together. Many are used as rental properties. They are a great option for Mexicans who have accrued credits through INFONAVIT and can therefore finance the home. I have Mexican friends who bought and live in Hacienda de Cortez and they are happy with their opportunity to own a home. It will develop into a real commuity. Only complain I have heard is that it is far to town.
