Veterans Day is November 11 when we honor all veterans. May 30 is Memorial Day when we honor all the fallen military that gave the ultimate sacrifice.

I stand corrected. Altho in all my years of thanking Veterans, no one ever told me that. In the spirit of correction, the correct conjugation of the verb entender for do you understand, is entiendes. Entiendo means I understand. Entiendes? I guess we both learned something today.

All of the above but I must say that I took LJ's positive comments in the spirit in which they were intended. It wasn't always that way in the USA.
