Has anyone driven the coast highway from Rocky Point to Kino Bay on the coast highway? If so what was you experience, condition of the road, how many miles is it ect

Geoff of Border Movers and Estero came up that way from San Carlos not too long ago and said the road was all OK through Liberdad and coastal highway done up to the overpass near Santo Thomas. The Caborca highway from the overpass to Penasco still in the same shape.
