this program is great. I have been using 3 vets working out of the Primavera program for hard labor..all of us...it has been a good experience .Something about simple hard work for a fair wage that seems to help put a guy back on track.Primaverva "banks" the 13 bucks an hour minus a daily draw and the guys leave the program with a bit of money.No preacher haranguing you before you get a meal and a cot.They are beginning a water harvesting installation company that envisions training the guys, then helping them set up their own independent crews. if you live it Tucson area please hire them when you need a hand.
