A friend has reserved a 2 (queen bed) bedroom 2 bath beach house on the water not far east of Mannys and he seeks a roommate for December, 2022. The home is nicely furnished and has TV and high speed internet at no extra cost. The garage is large enough for a standard size vehicle. The rent is $1200, so the roommate will pay $600.00 plus electrical (likely $50.00) . Most pets welcome. Overnight guests for up to 7 nights, culminative, no problem.
