Ink you are right, the locals want to dump their houses and move there, guards, security,A/C.

it is out a way from the town itself but it is growing in size everytime we go by, I bet there are some locals that are very happy with their new homes, and the entrance to the place looks as good as any of the resorts entrance, soon to have it's own traffic light too!!
