Hello Sunshine, it is easy, when you are in the page for "reply" or posting, (you must be login) below the square where you will be typing yopu will see a second smaller square with the title "Upload attachment" click in the "browse" box to go thru the files /pictures in the either internet or your computer, once you have found the file click in it and it should download into the forum message. That is how it works for me generally, might be another way, I donno, hope it helps you!!!
