These classes are for everyone, whether you live here in Rocky Point or if you are visiting.
Beginning next week we will be meeting on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9:00AM at the Playa Bonita RV Park recreation center.
The class will consist of a program designed to burn fat and tone up the muscles. We will have a lot of fun and music and a supportive environment. People of all ages and levels of fitness are welcome to attend.
Kit Anderson takes care of the class fees, who you can find on Facebook or at the Penasco Beauty Center near Ley's grocery store. I believe it is about $4 for the class.
I will be teaching the Tues/Thurs classes. I am certified as a Personal Trainer and CrossFit Level One Coach. I am also available for individual or group training, nutrition programs and Fitness Chef events!
