I have a 4 bedroom, 4 bath home in Costa Diamante on Sandy Beach between Las Polamas and The Princessa. It has all the modern comforts; satellite TV, wifi, Bose Stereo DVD, fully stocked kitchen and all the beach stuff anyone would need.
I rent it for $350 a night, but for people on the board or a reference from someone here, i will rent for $300 a night.
