Still a little high, thats still over 100.00 a foot they will get down to 60 or 70 dollars a foot soon. I just paid 13.00 for a 1 bedroom condo in Phoenix $10,500.00 was 110,000 when things were inflated.

Hey, the same one that taught you how to read a tape measure, in the health section you said you were 5'-0" What I meant to say was I bought a condo in Phoenix for $10,500.00 dollars it is approximatley 800 sq feet or $13.00 per sq. foot.

Yea i guess i left FT. off..No what i meant you said it was over 100 a sq. ft and the lp condo is 84900 and has 890 sq. ft.
