Tips for maintaining weight and staying healthy?

I'm pretty keen on staying in shape and maintaining a healthy weigh, but I was wondering if anyone had any tips for how to keep a healthy lifestyle throughout the school year.

Put less food in your mouth and move around more.
Right, and sit up instead of laying around watching the tube. Sitting up burns more calories than you might think. Sex, have a. ..never mind.:notme:

You should control yourself from fatty foods. Be conscious! You should take foods with less calories, beware of it! :) Do some workout. Those are the keys. Eat nutritious foods! Avoid foods with cholesterol.
