When is the last time your HOA gathered comparison quotes before renewing the Common Area or D & O insurance? Probably never. This isn't a ploy to sell more insurance, nor is it a plea for sales. Without knowing what your current coverage is and what you're paying, I couldn't presume to say that there are better options for you. What I am saying is that when you open the process for competition, suddenly all your options improve. Competing companies, in their desire to gain or keep the business, bring their best prices and best coverage to the table. Competition is good for us all, but the biggest beneficiary is the consumer. Hopefully this will be seen less as a 'commercial' and more as a little 'food for thought'.
