How much is the deposit and cleaning fees for beach condos in Los Conshas ?
The nightly rentals we have are mainly homes or casitas in Las Conchas, no condos there. We have two Villas in the Pinacate complex at the end of Calle 13. The standard cleaning fee is one time $75, $50 for the small casita in Las Conchas and somewhat higher if you rent one of the 6 or 7 bedrooms beach homes. This works out well if you have a group or are staying for a week or so. If you want privacy and peace and quiet you can't beat a beach house in Las Conchas. We sometimes have a house close to the beach that the owner will rent long term, but not at this moment.

The long term rentals listed earlier are on Sandy Beach and there is a damage deposit equal to one month's rent required and a cleaning of $75 at the termination of the rental agreement. The long term clients are looking for 6 months term minimum. These are all in the Sonoran properties and are resorts with all the amenities, but more people and less privacy and peace and quiet.

All of the properties we manage are in very nice condition, fully equipped for a great vacation or long term stay.

I can't speak for whatever company/individual you are renting from, but you most likely not get that money back. My family owns a rental beach house managed by a Florida Vacation Rental company, and each tenant must pay for housekeepers to clean the house before the next tenant moves in. Naturally, if you make a significant mess that requires the cleaners to spend more time there than planned, then you will be charged more, as well as if you didn't follow standard checkout procedures like turning off all the lights, making sure the water isn't running, etc. The "Accidental Damage Waiver" may work like a security deposit- you might get it back if you don't break anything or cause damage to the place. However, it might be a flat fee- you'll have to call your rental company to see.
