http://www.rockypointfishingclub.com was great! We originally wanted to go out Saturday, but the waters were off limits due to high winds, so we booked for Sunday instead. The co-op was friendly, and accommodating. Our group booked the El Gran Jefe with Pepe, and he was very informative...

We had several ppl leave on Monday, and this was the consensus... Car #1 - Left RP @ 07:30am experienced a 20 minute wait Car #2 - Left RP @ 02:00pm experienced a 4 hour wait Several ppl in our group decided to leave on Tuesday, and didn't experience any wait :)

I'll be sure to ask for El Gran Jefe or El Gran Patron. It appears that wind speeds will reach 18MPH on Saturday, so hopefully that won't deter things. Thanks for the feedback. We're looking forward to our trip.

What can we expect for Labor Day traffic? We plan on driving into Rocky Point on Friday. We plan on leaving on Tuesday (as I hear Monday is bad). Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
