In the end they didn't ask if I had anything to declare so I rolled right through.

I went through around 10am and it was dry as a bone. No slowdown in Sonoita.

Driving through later this morning and will give an update then. If you really need to make the trip at this point just do it. Obviously the local police know of the problem and are doing all they can to remedy the situation.

I was hoping someone knew the answer to this question but since that is not the case I'm going to try declaring it when I go through customs tomorrow. Worst case they confiscate it so we'll see.

Is it legal to bring Retin A across the border without a prescription, can you declare it? If it is illegal what will happen if it is found? Would they just confiscate it or would you be in real trouble?
