Well, here is a news flash. It was fun, great times, beer was good, food was great, people were great, and we were safe. Down side, we got sun burnt and my back is pealing now. The sun was the worst threat in RP.

My family called and asked about us 2 days after we were back, and I told them it was great down there.

My 2 cents, We were there the day after. There was nothing different from being here in AZ. We had no troubles and a blast being in RP. The police have everything under control, just like in the USA. Dont hang around shady people and you will be fine.

bring a inner tube with you, when the bridge floods over you can go tubing down the river while you wait for the water to go down.:thumbsup:

We rented a house on sandy beach one time, for a top end rent for them, they are not maintained, the roaches are the size of a mouse, roach killing powder all over the house even in with the "clean" pots & pans, toilet paper stuck in the drains so they dont come out, frig looks like it was...
