They aren't so little in the water. Those things get to be the size of soccer balls. One thing I have noticed is they tend to avoid people when they approach you in the water.

I don't eat shrimp and don't buy any. I share everyone's concern for the rape of the Sea. I still can't understand how or why Mexico allowed the US to cut off the flow of the Colorado river into the Sea. The environmental impact of that has been horrendous.

I have never had a good meal at Casa de Capitan. About the only thing they have going for them is the view. That's probably the draw for all of the flat-landers. I pretty much agree with the rest of your observations.

Drove by Las Palmas last night. Thought I was in Las Vegas. That flashing color changing huge sign on the roof certainly grabs your attention. Wonder what the property owners think of that-neighboring properties as we'll?

Hit the end of the line Friday at 5. Close to 3 mile back up. Took 1.5 hrs to get into Mexico. US Border Patrol was not stopping anyone. Hold up seemed to be the gates entering Mexico. No traffic issues after that. Given the southbound volume looks like PP is back in the game!
