Kaizen did the trust work for me. The process took several months. They used a notario from Sinaloa I think. I received the paperwork and get billed each year for the trust fees from Mextrust.

I have used Enterprise as well. You have to rent at Sky Harbor and they add Mexican insurance themselves to make sure it is in force.

I've rented through Enterprise. It is expensive. You have to rent from the airport location which subjects you to all kinds of extra fees. In addition, you do have to purchase your Mexican insurance through them which costs more than buying elsewhere.
