Same experience John. My dog was a regular at JJ's without a leash. Around the same time as you said they said no more. I have taken him into the taco place on the North just across the tracks on Calle 13. I also usually bring a beer in there and no one has ever said anything.

The FM-2 needs to be renewed every year too. I had FM-3 for 5 years and have had FM-2 for almost 3 years. I and my friends will never post bad information for the promotion or "good feeling" of Penasco. I love it here but if something bad happens, I'll tell it like it is. Penasco has gotten a very bad rap for no reason and is pisses me off. That doesn't mean that I won't be honest.
