I have purchased some fish in the US that is called Tilapia. I actually bought it at Pro's Ranch Market. It was a whole fillet. I breaded it with my corn chip coating and lightly pan fried. YUMMMMM Reminds me of Trigger in taste and texture.

We (and many others I am sure) used to call it Dirt Mall. IMHO, I think it lost some of its charm when they remodeled.

I have been buying all my veggies down there and started to buy meat about 5 years ago. Price is a little higher sometimes on the steak, but its worth it.
