I would figure everyone would lock up everything that wasn't permanently secured down. Did anyone learn a lesson from this? I even lock things up at my place in AZ.

I been looking at the homes for sale in RP on the beach, some are for sale but you only get a 1/8 or a 1/10 share and some read you have a 2 week share. For $18,000 and up I would figure you would get more for your buck than that. What is your take on this? Am I missing something here?
