That's what I was saying....they're already in Mexico....and permitted to drive around.....and I'd bet that none of them could pass an emissions test, let alone a safety test!!!

Leave it to Mexico....at least here, we get a good advance notice.... They're concerned about emissions....but permit junkers with C.O.N.D.E.F.A. plates to drive around Penasco, etc.

Does anyone really believe the shrimpers will continue to follow the rules and regulations they have agreed to? And that the Navy and Fisheries Ministry will do anything about it? I guess I'm a cynic when it comes to matters like that!

Rob...not to sidetrack the thread, but did you do a comparison of Dishnetwork versus Directv and the channel lineups? I've had Directv for years, but to get HD, you need bigger dishes than Dishnetwork with their current setup....and mine requires a power adapter....so I don't get HD on my 18"...

I lost you there...how does one get the "reactivation" signal to the receiver if it isn't turned on or connected? Directv doesn't have a continual activation stream being sent....it sends the signal once.....
