December 1st will be the first Mermaids Market right here in Puerto Penasco. It will be at the Shrimp Park and will be open from 10:00 to 5:00 there is space for 20 vendors total. It is first come first served to be a vendor. The space is 20.00 per vendor with a portion going to the Family...

Once you go through the gate at Nayarit you are officially in the reserve. From the gate to the crater (Elegante) you will drive about 20 miles on good hard pack (mostly) road. My 15 passenger van has zero problems on this road. Low clearance vehicles will have to observe precaution however...
