Just came across today after 2 minutes in Sonoyta and FOR SHO it is 60 after you cross in then a few blocks later drops to 40 then a few blocks later down to 20 just go slow the hassle isnt worth 8 minutes (at the most) let the locals pass who cares? I do and I have a local car.
