The Federal Government is the Malecon, the Puerto Mio project is private money from Guadalajara and or Monterrey and the Solace tower is private money. There is a lot of money in Mexico to be invested and it appears that the money shot is on Penasco to be the fastest return on cash. I hope so.

Aurrera should be open on time April 2011 The architect-builder is type A and will make sure it is done. The mall on the Marina is going strong and is turning out beautiful. They said i t would be open in September but failed to say which year......Maybe 2011? All in all its all good for us!
