Firsthand knowledge here, everyone in my house got the omicron already. It lasted 2 days for half of us and 3-4 days for the rest. I took one of my kids to the doctor and they would not prescribe any meds. Told me to make hot tea and honey for cough (which was not bad more of a tickle) and drink...

We didn't do expedited and they showed up under 8 weeks. I think they are trying to get extra money out of people.

I had the wait problem when I renewed my kids pass ports. They told me to keep checking their web site to see if someone canceled their appointment. We lucked out and someone canceled and we got in, only had to wait 2 or 3 days. We kept checking every hour to see if a spot opened.
