They take a humongo potato and bake it, then scrape out the potato from the skin and mix it with carne asada, onions and 6 pounds of cheese and some other stuff and put it back in the potato skin and broil it until the cheese is melted and ooey gooey.......Yummy!!!!!!!!!!!! It's also 7 bucks...

The beach in front of PDO was full. The Mirador had cars and people on it. The Malecon was hoppin' on Sunday afternoon! PP was as full as I've seen it in 3 or 4 years. Did my heart good. I heard some one estimated there were 30,000 visitors down. I hope the trend continues...... What are...
