SunnyBunny- not to discourage you, but it's going to be warm (AKA hot) the further you get from the water. If you're planning another visit in the fall, that might be a better time to go there. Just a suggestion, but if you like the heat, go for it!

I second Russ' recommendation- Go for the Pirate Cruise- great entertainment for all! I've done the Sunset cruise and the Pirate cruise, and definitely everyone agreed the Pirate is the best (High School and College age kids agreed). ARRGH!

I do buy Trader Joe's butter- just not the European. I'll have to do a taste and price test w/ that and Mexican butter- thanks for the suggestion.

I LOVE Mexican butter- the kind I buy at Super Ley is much creamier with better flavor than the butter I buy at Safeway or other stores in the states (haven't tried the butter at Bodega). I haven't found as good of ice cream (other than Thrifty Choco Crunch!) in Mexico, but I'll keep trying.

I agree w/ Capitan's Margaritas- they seem natural (at least the last time I was there about a year ago), so I'm hoping to find some place in Old Port which still makes it's own Margaritas. I don't care for Flavios- they seem to be out of a mix.

I think Coke Light has splenda, but I'll have to check next time I'm down- hopefully this weekend.
