Just for accuracy, that Ostione is not on La Pinta. It is on the Marua. La Pinta has the old ruin of Gillespie's hacienda on the beach at then end of the entrance road. No Ostione currently.

I was thinking of the method they used. Looked like they may have just oiled the road and spread small gravel. NM does that on rural roads. When you drive on it the gravel flies all over but that does nt seem to be the case here as I got no gravel flying when I drove it.

Thinking about it , I am very surprised. That location is always busy, not the best parking but way better than the other branch on BJ. It's a a very nice newer building. I stopped using the bank machine there when they jacked up the rates.
