I know this topic has come up before but it was never resolved. We have Telmex at the house in Las Conchas. It is slow and sporadic...are there any other options available?
You can try something like this as an example, ensuring that it is compatible with the Telemex system. Although it does a good job of boosting the signal it is still dependent on the quality and strength of the basic tower signal.

Since I'm only down 40-50 days a year, I use my T-mobile phones and use them as a mobile hot spot, you really can't stream off them
without using major amounts of data in Mexico (free and still part of your data plan).
In the states it's great with T-mobiles free data using Bing On video/music service.
