The oyster farm behind Encanto will cook them for you on their grill. I asked them if you needed to let them know in advance, and they said no, just show up. Their prices are by the dozen, approx $5 if you take them to go, and around $10 per dozen if they cook them for you. They told me what they put in them, don't remember specifically, but they sounded great! Bring your own beer, sit under their palapa overlooking the estuary, and enjoy!
