Has anyone heard of the Auto Club of Mexico? Apparently they are sort of like the AAA in the states. I only found one site on the net related to it, where it states.
"This prepaid emergency road side service will offer basic roadside assistance for you and your vehicle. This emergency roadside service is designed to help you get back on the road or tow you and your vehicle back across to the United States from Mexico if you are within two hundred miles south of the Mexico U.S. border."
This service or anything like it, if it exists would be very appealing to me, as I am contemplating getting a extended warranty on my car that only applies in the USA.
Here is a link to the site I found the info
Mexican Roadside Assistance - Travel to Mexico with prepaid Roadside Assistance - BajaPapas.com
They seem to sell smoked fish!
So maybe something is fishy here!
