We have a savings account with bancomer. When the exchange rate is favorable we deposit dollars and withdraw cash from the ATM. They charge 5.50 pesos per withdrawal. The savings account is free if you keep a balance of 1000 pesos or more. You can also check your account on there web site. The ATM card comes in handy for purchases that are in pesos such as Super Ley. If you shop at Walmart/Bodega you can get up to 2000 pesos cash back at no charge. We haven't had any problems with our account in the 2 years that we've had it.
