Crossing border with new car - no plates

I am traveling to Pensaco this Sunday in a new car purchased in California - this means no license plates on the vehicle (no temporary plates issued in CA). I have all my ownership and temp. registration paperwork. Do you think there will be an issue crossing in and out at Lukeville?

I have done it with temp. AZ plates twice without issue. Just make sure you have the temp. registration with you showing the same number as the plate and matching VIN and you should hav eno problems.
