Email about oceano

Did anyone else get an email from a director of audits from the Sonora government about oceano and chuck, Charles and sue Salem ? Is this legit or what?

Yes, there are others and apparently there is a problem. Probably a big one too. Owners who are not 'legal' to rent may have a problem as a result as well.

I used them to purchase my home and never rented it. Started off with bill paying only and moved from them after a year to another . Prior to buying I use to use them and Seaside for rentals of homes.
