Does anyone have any information on the status of Esmeralda? Haven't seen any activity in quite awhile. Anyone know the behind the scenes drama as to why it's not getting done or if it ever will? Lot's of talk here about Las Palomas on here but never hear about this place.

I'm sure someone has more up-to-date info than me but the last thing I heard a few months ago was that SBR was very close to a deal with the banks to release the liens on the property. Once that is done, they supposedly have investors/partners very interested in finishing the project. That would be a great thing for the many people with investments and high hopes for Esmeralda.
