the two above pics show the waves breaching the patio walls. the last pic is the foam that remains on the patios. water and sand have entered homes. Most storm shutters have been damaged. Some were whipped off, wind. I have had no news from LC These places are immediately east of Manny's.

A video of poorly constructed wall section of Las Palomas peeling off was removed from Facebook by the lady that posted it.She and her husband have a new business doing day trips on a big assed power boat.I bett the blow back showing the reality of construction standards on Sandy Beach and what happens in even a minor Tropical storm like this got pretty rough.

You all do know that out there in the Gulf of California between PP and San Felipe under the parking lot flat bottom sandy shrimping grounds is a steep walled canyon filled with Colorado River sand and gravel at least two miles deep known as the San Andreas Fault. Our side moves north and the Baja side moves south...............when they want to.
When Bozo de Clown King declares a "climate change emergency executive order" in the next day or so it won't mean shit to good old Mother Nature.
Might find some really cool Mammoth and Mastodon tusks on the newly formed beach front properties.
