SURE HOPE WE GET A LITTLE BREAK ON THE WEATHER. Taking the tin boat down but it looks as I will be on the toon in close again. Well at least I will be down there and not here. Hope to see some of you.

Went out Sun. but had some boat problems. First problem was me, I put the drain plug in the bait tank drain hole. So in a few min. we realized we were taking on water, turned on the bilge pump and came back in. Re trailered, drained the boat , put the plug in the correct hole and relaunched. Got out on the water but the eng would not rev. past 4000 and could not even get to plain. Puttered around in close did a little fishng but just a bunch of little stuff. As I had just had the Eng serviced I figured it had to be the old gas in the tank so when I got back to PDO I ask the guys in the yard if they wanted the gas and they drained the tank for me. It ran fine in their cars. Mon. bad weather but I put some premium in the tank and went in the harbour for a test run and all is well.
