Weather has been good except for 1 day of wind.
THE DUMP IS BURNING. When the breeze comes over the dump the smomke smell is so bad. It burns your nose and makes me sick to my stomache, like beeing sea sick. This is not like any dump smell I haver smelled.
Does anyone have any contacts to complaign to, either verbal or by internet ?

Bill, I do not think much can be done other than move away from that area when they burn the garbage.
The Department that takes care of the garbage is OMISLIM 383-2828 and the Sanitation department is 383-4909, between these two you might be able to get a schedule of burning days and take advantage and go fishing so you stay away from the area.
