That's the little piece that used to be part of Granada del Mar's RV park. It's been sitting empty for quite awhile. I t really was never successful as an RV park. Shitty access and high rent as I recall. Yeah, hope springs eternal. The way some get a listing is to "promise" a very high selling price. Then they get to say they have several million dollars of listings to show new prospects how highly their skill are regarded.
